Who are we?

jill & jack Rx offers telemedicine services with a specialized focus on medically managed weight loss and men’s hormone replacement therapy.  Our team is dedicated to getting to know you personally and providing custom treatment plans for our patients.  

Who are our patients?

Most of our weight loss prescriptions are available for those between the ages of 18 and 75 who have a genuine medical need for shedding some pounds. However, there are a few conditions that might affect eligibility, but don’t worry, our providers are here to guide you through this process and any concerns you may have. Together, we’ll figure out the best plan for you! 

We also provide erectile dysfunction prescriptions and testosterone replacement therapy to men experiencing symptoms of hypogonadism which may include fatigue, mental fogginess, and sexual dysfunction. Our aim is to assist men in achieving therapeutic levels of testosterone, ultimately aiming to alleviate their symptoms associated with low T.

Your health journey with jill & jack Rx begins with a video consultation with a knowledgeable provider, where your personal goals will be discussed so we can tailor a weight loss or hormone replacement plan that's right for you. 

If it's the right fit, we'll get your medication ordered and sent straight to your door, or sent to your local pharmacy for ultimate convenience.

Then, we'll keep the momentum going with monthly video visit check-ins to track your progress, chat about any concerns, keep an eye out for side effects, and plan the next steps together.
