We do not accept insurance at jill & jack Rx as we are a fee-for-service practice. We accept debit and credit card payments on our secured platform and are currently servicing the great state of Texas only.

$125/month - Phentermine only

$279/month - Semaglutide prescription up to 1.5mg (a monthly fee of $75 will be added to doses of Semaglutide greater than 1.5mg)

$439/month - Tirzepatide prescription (max dose 7.5mg)

This includes monthly telemedicine visits with your provider, prescription medication from a verified pharmacy (shipped to your home), and unlimited access to our providers via message/call/video.

*Membership charges will recur every 4 weeks.  Membership may be canceled at any time, for any reason.

$125/month - testosterone Rx sent to local pharmacy

$199/month - testosterone Rx ordered and shipped to your home 

+ supplemental prescription costs, if needed

Membership includes monthly monitoring by a provider via telemedicine, messaging through your patient portal, lab orders and interpretation every 3-6 months, and prescribing medication.  Our clinicians prescribe testosterone cypionate injections and supplemental prescriptions, if needed (hcg, anastrozole, sildenafil, cialis).  Charges recur every 4 weeks and may be cancelled at any time.

$50/visit for Erectile Dysfunction prescription consultation only
